Terms & conditions
Last updated 8 September 2026
These terms are an electronic agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 between you and My Design Nexus, which operates NEXDO. By creating an account or making a payment you accept them.
The service
NEXDO is a personal productivity application for tasks, projects, focus sessions and personal money tracking. It is provided on an as-is basis; we work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a guardian's consent.
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Accounts may be suspended for unlawful use, abuse, attempted unauthorised access, or activity that degrades the service for others.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. Prices are quoted excluding GST and charged with 18% GST added.
- There is no free trial. The first cycle is charged at checkout and renews automatically each cycle until cancelled.
- Recurring payments use an auto-pay mandate you approve with your bank or UPI app, in line with RBI rules on recurring transactions. Your bank notifies you before each debit.
- You can cancel any time in Settings → Subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our refund and cancellation policy for refunds.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a cycle you have already paid for.
Your content
Your tasks, notes, receipts and financial records remain yours. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or share them with third parties. You can export or delete them at any time from Settings → Data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your own device, network or bank.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. Complaints can be raised with our grievance officer, whose details are on the contact page.
