Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated 8 September 2026
NEXDO is a digital subscription service billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. This policy explains when money is charged, how to cancel, and when a refund is issued.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. No phone call or email is needed.
- Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- The auto-pay mandate with your bank or UPI app is cancelled at the same time, so no further amount can be debited.
Abandoned or failed payments
- If you close the payment window or the payment fails, nothing is charged and the pending mandate is cancelled automatically so you can try again with a clean attempt.
- Any mandate left unpaid is also cancelled by an automatic daily check, so a stale payment request can never be charged later.
- If your bank debits an amount for a failed payment, it is auto-reversed by the bank, normally within 5–7 working days.
Refunds
- Duplicate or accidental charge: full refund, no questions asked. Write to us within 7 days of the charge.
- Charged after cancelling: full refund of that charge.
- Service unavailable: if a fault on our side prevents you from using Premium for more than 72 continuous hours, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected days.
- Change of mind on a new subscription: if you have used the paid features minimally, you may request a refund within 7 days of the first payment of a plan. Renewal charges are not refundable once the new period has started, but you can cancel to stop the next one.
Currency and taxes
Plans are priced in Indian rupees. If you are billed from India you pay and are refunded in rupees; everywhere else the amount is shown and refunded in US dollars, converted at the live rupee rate on the day, with the card conversion cost (3% plus 18% GST on that fee) shown as its own line. No other currencies are used.
- Within our home state: GST is charged as CGST 9% plus SGST 9%.
- Other Indian states: GST is charged as IGST 18%.
- Outside India: zero-rated export of service, so no Indian GST is charged on the plan itself.
Cancelling mid-period: how the refund is worked out
When you cancel from Settings → Subscription, access ends immediately and we refund the unused part of the period you already paid for. Usage is measured to the second, so a plan used for one day out of thirty is charged for exactly that one day. Before you confirm, the app shows the same figures live and updating every second:
- Charge for time used — amount paid × (time used ÷ length of the period).
- Payment gateway cost — 2% of the payment plus 18% GST on that fee. Razorpay does not return this on a refund, so it cannot be refunded by us.
- Cancellation fee — 5% of the unused balance, capped at ₹250.
- Refund to you — whatever remains, credited by Razorpay to the original card, UPI handle or bank account, normally within 5–7 working days. Balances under ₹1 are not transferred.
Refunds are issued only against the settled payment for the current period, in line with Razorpay’s refund rules; earlier periods that were fully used are not refundable. Every cancellation and refund is recorded in your plan history with the date, amount and status.
How to request a refund
Email support@mydesignnexus.in from your registered email address with the payment date and the Razorpay payment ID (visible in Settings → Subscription). We acknowledge within 48 business hours and, when approved, initiate the refund within 5 working days. Razorpay credits it to the original payment method, usually in 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Taxes
Prices are shown exclusive of GST and charged with 18% GST added, as required in India. Refunds include the GST component of the refunded amount. A GST invoice is available for every payment in Settings → Subscription.
