Service delivery policy

NEXDO is a digital software service. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses are involved.

When access starts

• Premium unlocks on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed — normally within a few seconds.
• If your bank takes longer to confirm, the app shows “Payment is still being confirmed” and Premium unlocks automatically once the confirmation arrives, without you paying again.
• Access is tied to the account you paid with and works on every device you sign in to, including the installed app.

If access does not start

Open Settings → Subscription and use the refresh there. If Premium is still not active 30 minutes after a successful payment, email support@mydesignnexus.in with the payment date and payment ID. We respond within 48 business hours and either activate the plan or refund the payment in full.

Service availability

The service is delivered over the internet and is designed to keep working offline on your device, syncing when you reconnect. Planned maintenance is announced in the app whenever it is expected to interrupt access.
